Frequently Asked Questions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore we are willing to consider exchanges.

Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days (30 days internationally). Once the return is received, please expect up to 5-7 business days to process your return into an exchange.

The items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Apply caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor.  

Exchanges will only be considered if the new item is the same price as the item you want to exchange.

Exchanges will only be considered if the returning item is in proper condition after being inspected.

We are more than happy to help with any issues to make sure that you are satisfied with Kané.

Please allow 3 days max for us to get back to you regarding your return. Once approved we will supply you with our return form. Return costs are at your expense, as we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. We recommend using a tracking service to ensure it reaches us safely. The item must also come back in new condition. 

If you have received a faulty item, please email us within 3 days of receiving it at orders@kaneatelier.com with supporting imagery; we will investigate and get back to you within 3 days.
